If you’re new to fitness or have been out of a routine, the cost of outfitting yourself can be astronomical. Athletic wear has improved, and the number of choices is astounding, but you don’t need to break the bank.

What should you wear?

Once you decide on a fitness program, your next consideration is clothing. Every sport has specific clothing designed to keep you dry and move with you as you seek to reach your goals. When you buy fitness clothes, choose pieces from the innermost layer to exterior wear.

A key component of today’s sportswear is the cloth’s ability to pull sweat away from your body to prevent it from dragging you down.

Hyperhidrosis:

Hyperhidrosis is excessive sweating. It has two forms: primary, hereditary, and secondary, caused by behavior or a condition.

Exercise is one of several behaviors that cause hyperhidrosis. If you work out, you will sweat.
